Make Your Own Silver Bangle Workshop

Join us for a hands-on jewellery-making experience, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by Sarah or Violeta and treated to complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits throughout the day. By the end of your time with us, you’ll have crafted your very own silver bangle—or even a set!

Craft with Recycled Silver
All bangles are made using recycled sterling silver, combining sustainability with beautiful craftsmanship. You’ll learn how to shape and form your jewellery using traditional silversmithing techniques and tools.

What You’ll Learn

• Sawing & Filing: Begin by cutting your silver with a jewellers’ saw and filing it to perfection.
• Annealing: Use a blowtorch to soften the metal, preparing it for shaping.
• Texturing Practice: Try out textures on copper before applying your chosen finish to silver.
• Forming & Soldering: Shape your bangle using a mandrel and jewellers’ hammers, with step-by-step guidance through the soldering process.
• Refining: Clean and polish your piece to bring out its shine—ideal if you love a precise finish

The course price excludes materials. Recycled silver and other essentials are available to purchase on the day, and we’ll guide you through your options before you begin. Most participants spend between £45–£120 depending on their design.
