Terms and Conditions

Please note that when you book a workshop are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect of the moment they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.

Booking a Workshop

There are 3 easy ways to book one of our workshops

1. The easiest way to book a workshop is on our website via our online booking system, which can accept payment via credit card, debit card or Paypal. 2. Alternatively you can come in to the shop and pay for your workshop via credit/debit card or in cash. 3. We can also take payment via a bank transfer. If you have any problems with booking your workshop, please contact us. Once full payment for a workshop has been made your place will be booked and you should receive a confirmation no later than 2 weeks before the start of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Our jewellery making workshops are very popular and places are limited.  If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible (minimum of two weeks’ notice) and we will attempt to re-sell your place. If we are successful then you may transfer to another workshop of the same or greater value, if not, then we regret that any fees paid will not be transferable, or refundable. You may substitute someone else to attend the workshop in your place with prior agreement. If you are booked on a workshop and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given. You should consider taking out your own cancellation insurance, particularly if you are booking your own accommodation and/or flights.

If we cancel a workshop

In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a workshop you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible and endeavour to contact you on the email and phone number you provided. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Late arrival

Please attend on time to all workshops. A certain amount of time is allocated to each session and therefore we will always start at the time advertised. If you are more that 15-20 minutes late it may not be possible for you to participate in the workshop as the tutor would have to go over the same material again which is unfair to the other workshop participants.

Statutory Rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
