Make Your Own Stacking Rings – One-Day Workshop

Join us for a full-day jewellery-making experience using recycled sterling silver, perfect for beginners or returning makers alike.

You’ll be warmly welcomed by Sarah or Violeta with a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee. By the end of the day, you’ll have crafted your very own set of 3–5 (or even up to 7!) stacking rings—each one beautifully finished to suit your personal style.

During the workshop, you’ll learn traditional silversmithing techniques, including:

• Sawing your silver with a jeweller’s saw
• Filing for smooth edges and perfect fit
• Annealing with a blowtorch to soften the metal
• Shaping on a mandrel using hammers
• Soldering your rings with full step-by-step guidance
• Experimenting with textures on copper before applying finishes to silver
• Refining and polishing for that final, professional touch

You’ll work with eco-conscious recycled silver, and we’ll be right there to guide you through each stage of the process.

Materials not included
The course price doesn’t include materials, allowing you flexibility with your design and spend. Most students invest £25–£120, and we’ll go through everything with you before you begin.
