Our Workshops
Design and handcraft jewellery with us.
Our fully equipped jewellery making studio is situated in a peaceful rural location on the outskirts of Mursley, Buckinghamshire. Our studio has ample space for each student to have their own jewellers’ bench.
About Our Workshops
Corzo & Wood, Jewellery, Gifts and Workshops in Buckinghamshire
You will learn how to design and handcraft your very own silver jewellery using recycled silver, traditional techniques such as soldering, texturing, forming, and polishing to create bangles, bracelets, pendants, earrings, stacking rings, and spinning rings. You will receive step-by-step tuition and support and guidance throughout the workshops.
Creative, friendly and relaxed
Who are our workshops for?
We offer small classes of no more than 4 people in a creative, friendly, and relaxed environment. (We do on occasion cater for larger groups. If this is of interest, please do contact us). It is a fun experience that everyone can enjoy whether you are a novice or have had other jewellery making skills. Time is precious, and never more than now have we needed and wanted to spend time with friends and loved ones, a real opportunity to create memories. Whether it is three generations of one family, husband and wife, father and son, sisters, or friends we have had people celebrating special occasions, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, or simply coming along just because. When joining one of our workshops on your own, you will be welcomed into a small group of like-minded people. We all get to know each other over tea and cake/biscuits! Corzo & Wood students so far have ranged from 12 to 83. If you prefer, we also offer one-to-one tuition for making specific pieces of jewellery.

Take a step away from every day life
Why do people love our workshops?
Creativity and getting stuck into a new skill or craft can be such a positively rewarding experience, our students often comment on how this experience makes them feel that they have truly taken a step away from their daily lives. That the experience has been both beneficial to their well-being and allowed them to take things at their own pace and to make some beautiful jewellery too. Vouchers are also available to make the perfect gift for a friend, a loved one or a treat for you.
Workshop options
Full Day or Half Day Workshops
- Full day workshops start at 10.00 am, and end at 5.30 pm with working refreshment breaks and a pause for lunch.
- Half day workshops start at 10.00 am, and end at 2.30 pm with working refreshment breaks.
Led by either Violeta Corzo or Sarah Wood the workshop will guide participants through the jewellery making process from design to creation, with demonstrations and advice offered throughout the day. All the silver we use is already 100% recycled.
All the tools and equipment you need are provided. For your safety and comfort, it is essential that you wear closed-toe shoes, bring something to tie up long hair and an apron as filing can be a little messy. If you need glasses for reading, then we recommend you bring them on the day.
All materials will be available to purchase on the day (we can advise on how much your project is likely to cost). All the silver we use is fully recycled.
After your Corzo & Wood Workshop, you take home a unique piece of jewellery you have created!
One-to-One Workshops
If you would like a more intensive experience or the opportunity to explore other projects or your own idea, a one-to-one workshop would be ideal. This can be arranged on a date to suit you.
